Hearts must have forgot they are supposed to try against you lot
they did their best, held the ball well, had some shots on goal, skullduggery in their cheap attempts to win fouls.
the most telling difference for me was that they were clearly not trying to gobble our players the way they do when they play rangers.
their favourite part about playing rangers is a shot of the pre-game glory hole.
Superb OP, can't argue with any of the sentient points, 5 stars!
You didn't mention MOR who was superb. The pass for Kyogo's second................
fans right up for it in the end, sets up next weekend nicely.
what a massive match.
I think we need to win tbh, i suspect killie will take something off of us so a draw would be really nervy considering hearts fans will be furious if rangers dont win at tynecastle.
i thought o'riley had a good game but also had a few slack passes in the second half.
that said there was a chance for kyogo ( offside anyway) but the touch and movement between o'riley and forrest was terrific.
hatate played a peach of a pass to maeda as well.
maeda man, twice he did everything thats good about him and everything thats bad about him.

booing their own keeper for making a save.
rangers fans shouting "WATP" and hearts fans chanting back "you are the people"
a fun day out for all the family.
Looks like we’re clicking just at right time. Still need an overhaul for next season but pleased with recent performances.
Also, not sure why their manager is getting so irked about comments from BR. Sounds like he’s feeling the pressure. Does he not remember his disrespectful comments about a “moral victory”. Think he needs to focus on his own team and stop being a little bit precious!
it was a moral victory to be fair, nothing disrespectful about drawing a game then continuously calling yourselves the winners surely?

All by VAR.

Name change bet? Deal? Deal?
I really dont get any suggestion that Rangers were done favours by the referee yesterday. I was at the game so I have no clue what spin was put on things on SKY.
At the time the first one that went to VAR looked like it hit the boys arm and he couldnt do much about it so noone around me thought it would be given. It did hit the boys arm in the box though so VAR should have looked at it but there was no real need to send the Ref to the monitor. As we all know (well maybe except Brendan) VAR dont actually make decisions and the right one was made in the end.
The Killie goal the boy was on Tavs shoulder at the back post and its fair enough that one should have been checked for offfside. Its wasnt offside though and was rightly given.
The penalty that was given looked as clear a penalty as you will ever see at in the stadium. Sterling directs the ball to goal and the boy has his arm out and knocks it away. You can argue about intent all you want but a. unfortunately with the rules as they are it doesnt matter and b.it looked like he meant it at the time.
The only question mark about that one was that Silva was flagged for offside. The general feeling around us was that if he hadnt been offside that was 100% a pen and red card.
Fortunately VAR checked it and he was shown to be onside. And if its given as a handball on the line directly preventing a goal then of course the boy is going to be sent off. No-one made him stick his arm out on the line to prevent a certain goal.
And lets not forget the keeper saved the the pen so whilst Killie lost a man they prevented a certain goal which would have made it 1-1 far earlier.
I have seen on twatter that the ref is supposedly a Rangers fan out to do us favours? Eh?
He didnt give us a penalty when he was sent to the monitor - he could of done us a favour then if he was that way inclined.
He didnt give us a penalty for a clear handball on the line which I could see from the main stand. Even after it was confirmed Silva wasnt offside he only gave the pen after he went to the monitor - so he seemingly missed a handball everyone around me saw from about 100 yards away.
And in terms of the general play - as was pretty inevitable, especially when Killie went to 10 men, their players were dropping like flies every time a Rangers player went near them and they bought fouls pretty much every time. Their keepers time wasting was beyond a joke and the ref never spoke to him once.
I am just commenting on what I saw yesterday at the game with my own eyes. People will compare incidents to those in other games - but lets be honest no two incidents are EXACTLY the same. They just arent.
Dickenson is a horrid ref for us. He was the same guy that gave Hibs about 4 uncontested drop balls in the one game - one which involved one of the most ridiculous bits of refereeing I have ever seen.
If hes a Rangers fan he is trying far too hard to hide it.
sometimes you are allowed to keep it out of the goal with your hand.
happened to us against st johnstone a few weeks ago, i dont think worthy of a red but it didn't even get looked at.
plus another high boot against us on sat, seems thats only followed sometimes as well.
Yeah the failure of VAR to look at the high boot was criminal.
Especially considering its what cost us the last time we played hearts when yang was sent of for the exact same thing.
Although a high boot should never be a red card anyway. Its accidental but where is the consistency/
We get absolutely hamered by the officals but yet again i see rangers get another pen and a red card.
Every single game they get a decision. Its beyond a joke now.
