Raya definitely got the ball, so not sure your witness account can be taken seriously.
Therefore Arsenal gained 30 points from pens.

I don’t think there’s any club bias involved, but I agree that there are questions to be asked about use of VAR.
Unfortunately, any discussion on this is fairly pointless - as we saw with Arsenal fans on the weekend that rather than just admit it, they have to make excuses for what happened or try to make out they’re some how due a decision because of something else that has happened.

You say that, but you also say Raya didn't get the ball when he very clearly did, so how can we take your word for anything?
I thought they were going to trial having the officials on comms, so that fans could hear what was being discussed? The standard of officiating needs heavilly sorting out this summer, Skysports shouldn't have ref watch every Monday morning because VAR should be getting all decisions correct.

Football rakes in Billions, there can't be any other industry in this country where the decision makers can't be held to account.
There is absolutely club bias going on, most referees bottle giving major decisions against certain clubs because they don`t want the inevitable shiete storm that follows from managers / the media.
Just look at the fortnight long outpourings of grief, constant hard luck stories and bashing of the officials when the gave a (extremely rare) bad decision against Varpool for example.

We can't blame the officials for conceding a feck load and not creating enough. Every team in the league feel they're hard done by regarding VAR. This is on us. No one else.

Completely agree it was a shocker
But there is a huge difference with that one….it was an actual mistake , the correct call so we are told was made but not communicated properly
The goal was meant to have been given
It wasn’t a decision mistake but a communication mistake
It’s in its own ball park on its own

Not at the same levels of the other big clubs though, you won`t see us given penalties for dives like the others and you won`t see us let off clear red cards etc etc, in fact the opposite happens.
Some clubs are given the benefit of doubt, others are not, referees bottle decisions against certain clubs and not against others. VAR has proved this.
