I’ll give it five minutes. Can’t see it peaking my interest all that much. It’s perfectly fine to say you’re not that interested in women’s football without being accused of being sexist. It’s just that your support of a club is fostered as a child. As I child I became a fan of the spurs men’s team. Supporting the women is frankly like supporting a completely different side.

Each to their own. It’s maybe a personal thing. I’m happy the women’s game is getting the support and coverage because long term it’ll mean a rise in standards, which aren’t great at the moment. I just personally hate it when success is merged, or final appearances gathered together for judgement. It’s absurd. The one thing I couldn’t stand when the women won the Euros was the idea that football had come come or ‘no more years of hurt’. Sorry, what? That pain is the men’s to own and the men’s to correct. You can’t just lump female success in and say it’s over. It’s not. They both have their own history. Did the men’s U17s winning the World Cup a few years ago eliminate the hurt? Of course it didn’t. They’re different groups entirely.

It also feels a bit like watching an Olympic match. The atmosphere sounds more like the high-pitched noise of a busy swimming pool. It lacks the tribal rawness of the men’s game. It’s all a bit too friendly 😂. That will come in time though I guess.

I get the gist of your point and though it is valid, but you can't ignore the fact the men's game had years of advantage of the ladies, so in no way, they can ever ben considered the same in intensity or quality.
I wasn't in WSL mood when it's inception, but I realise, it is all part of the THFC, and contributes to the overall club successes and reputations.
Shame the men's have gone backward over the years...When I watch Spurs of 86-87, I really understand the football fever kids got from that 11. Don't know, but football ain't what it used to be.
