It wasn’t a guaranteed CL position either. Even if we’d won it would have been out of our hands

Definitely a bit cringe but like Palmer's said we didn't 'throw' a guaranteed place let alone an actual trophy or anything. Rival fans trying to use this as leverage is just as pathetic.

Completely true, but Spurs fans are among the select few that love to throw derogatory terms like plastic around a little too freely.

Yeah sorry my bad although finishing 4th wouldn’t of enabled you to play in the CL but at least it would of been the CL qualifiers! And yeah you’d of bottled that too as you’re Spurs!

If City winning tonight stopped United winning the league nobody would be arguing with you. You'd be well within your rights.

At least in the stadium pretend that you don’t want your team to lose. Spurs season has gone down the drain, and the fans are delighted. Can see why Postecoglou was pîśśed off with the attitude of the fans
