I very much doubt that. Way to many questionable decisions have gone against the likes of Arsenal and L’Pool, City seem to have get away with all the dubious decisions. If premier league wanted someone esle to win the league then VAR wouldn’t be so corrupt against their rivals

What has Pgmol got to do with the premier league?

They know West ham will get a point at the empty-had

In fact, Premier League made a mistake by not demanding that pgmol should be exclusive to Premier League/ EFL/ FA etc. Allowing the refs to provide services to Middle East stinks.
