We'll have an idea of what's going to happen when the new season starts, but I still love the way the 49ers are being blamed for contracts made before their time!..
And don't say they had a say in what was going on, they might have had a bit of a say but I don't think they had enough to make deals as far as contracts went!..
The Harrison one they paid to stop him going to Leicester, seems a strange thing to do if they could say no!..
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Which contracts are they being blamed for that were before their time?
"Which contracts are they being blamed for that were before their time?"
Which contracts were made before they took full control?..
All the contracts that could come back to haunt us if I'm not mistaken!..
That is your argument and blame, you say they were in place, I say they were there but had very little to say!..
They might of wanted to do something but didn't have enough to say in what was going on, so why not just let them have their chance at trying to sort the mess out that they took over and see who's right, because at the moment this argument in turning into another "I told you so" thing!..
I'm sure they have more of an idea as to what they can do and what wants doing than anyone around here!..

How do you know what say they did or didn't have?
Jonty, you're Mr Brains in this sort of thing, so tell me, when part owners want something and the main party wants another, who has the say?..
These deals were made before they took full control, and Orta had the most say, so, who wins?..
The loan contracts were stupid.
We don’t know how much say the 49ers had in them. They may or may not be responsible.
We obviously need to sell to stay within PnS.
49ers will have priced the outstanding transfer fees into their purchase price and so I really doubt they will be much of a problem.
No reason why we can’t negotiate well and make the sales required to fund the transfers we need to win the league. I don’t think the owners did a bad job this season. Need to better next.
It should definitely be possible to keep hold of Archie

You dont own 44% of the club and have no idea and no say in what is going on, especially when you p[rofess to being able to do contracts in your sleep.
There is no way Orta does these deals without board approval, indeed you even gave example of 49ers stopping Harrison deal.
If 49ers had really been unaware and screwed over they would have sued Radrizanni.
They haven't.
The contracts is a massive mistake. But I’m not going to start hounding owners out over if they are going to commit as much money towards promotion as possible this summer.
Mistakes are allowed to happen and as much as one or two clearly believe they’ve never made a mistake it’s impossible not to have.
Get over yourself.
At the end of the day the 49ers knew about the outstanding transfer fees, the lack of turnover without promotion and the loan contracts before they bought the club and they did anyway. They are in this for one major reason, to make a profit. That ain’t happening in the Championship. So I’m pretty certain that they are going to be putting everything into going up this season.
And yes there will be some bad transfers and mistakes along the way. But I’m not a massive self obsessed bell so I can live with that.

have been watching this thread unfold, comedy gold we're going over the same ground we have for years.
lads there really is no point in arguing about this, or getting frustrated with out each other.
some people care to understand it, some people simply don't, draw a line and accept that some fans take an interest in matters where some don't.
no one is ever going to win this, its happened for years and years and years on here.
always the same, and the same people on the exact same side of the fence as they have been for years
ALAW
either way, for me personally, I'll not be crying about this all summer, football highs and lows are too often, and are both very short lived.
Leeds fail to get promoted, we're gutted, Leicester ecstatic..... fast forward 6 months, Leeds top of the league, Leicester looking like relegation fodder.
and round and round we go.
be happy - lets not be crying about this all summer ffs
"There is no way Orta does these deals without board approval, indeed you even gave example of 49ers stopping Harrison deal."
So, indeed I did give an example!..
"The Harrison one they paid to stop him going to Leicester, seems a strange thing to do if they could say no!.."
Trying to find which way you see that example!..
I see it as an, if they were unaware and screwed over, why didn't they do what you say and sue!..
But at the same time, I'd like to know how much did they pay and why, because if they had as much say as you say, than surely they would have blocked it!..
They were there, but they had less say then what you and others seem to think they had, because unlike now, they were not incharge!..
"especially when you p[rofess to being able to do contracts in your sleep."
Well that'll be seen now, because he has the say!..
"There is no way Orta does these deals without board approval,"
I'd love to know how often you and others were here moaning about deals and blaming Orta for them, even though it is known he didn't have the final word!..
