Welcome back to the Prem and good luck. Starting on negative points is going to be harsh.
Apparently only three sackings in the prem last year:
Hodgson
Heckingbottom
Cooper.
Summer might be the crucial period for out of work managers.
That list is missing Ruud Van Nistelrooy Nuneaton who has been gaining traction in press reports throughout the week. RVN also fits with the blinkered philosophy Top and Rudkin have which is to play possession football at all costs - so wouldn’t surprise me if we went for him
I can’t see us getting Potter, can’t see us being interested in Moyes or Cooper so would expect something completely daft. I hope for Corberan but concerned it’s RVN or Garcia
If it’s Garcia then the game really is up. A failed Watford manager currently plying his trade at OH Leuven would be hugely embarrassing
Hope you haven’t mugged us off for the 3rd time.
Probably a blessing for Leicester tbh. You probably need an old fashioned, basic, limited manager who knows how to get results in the PL at the expense of a quality style of play. Maybe someone like Moyes to get you through the points deductions

Suspect Maresca may have mugged everybody off. He was reported as saying he was at Leicester for the long haul, whatever that means, but soon changed his tune. Five year contract!
Prepare to be bored rigid, although you do have much better and more technically gifted players, so who knows.
Warnock and Pearson as co Managers for Me. 👍
Enzo to win the League with Chelsea.
The Conference League? Maybe
Liam Rosenior Is supposed to be massively highly rated in the game. Heard lots of amazing things about him.
Very worried about Garcia. Please no! and RVN has fallen out with players and always struck me as arrogant which is my concern there.
Surely Potter is waiting for something or would have been in work by now?
I’m not gutted Maresca is going but the shortlist doesn’t inspire massively does it!!
Reality is Mersey that Top and the board have got the club in such a mess with FFP that a manager like Potter isn’t going to want to walk into Leicester. He will be on a hiding to nothing - no money to spend, points deduction and a likely relegation on his CV.
The ownership has effectively damaged the brand through their disastrous decision making 2 seasons ago and it’s going to take years to fix - if they’re capable that is.
That really leaves young and upcoming managers like Liam Rosenior for example or (fingers crossed) a Corberan who may not be put off by starting again in the championship. Those kind of decisions require Top and Rudkin to reset their thinking however. They have to abandon the Pep Guardiola delusion and start being realistic
Hey 99. My comment wasn’t really clear on Potter but i was saying the same thing as you there, just badly.
But I agree with everything you’re saying. It’s going to be a tough job for anyone that comes in to operate under the restrictions they will have so we need to find someone who can galvanise the players and operate within a small tight squad.
We’ve just got to hope we get it right.
Just as an example of how completely deluded Leicesters owners are - Italian press have reported this morning they’ve made contact with ex Chelsea, Napoli l, Juventus and Lazio manager Maurizio Sarri 😂 Naturally he’s turned them down
They really don’t have a clue do they? If they’re wasting precious time on Sarri, it shows they’ve got no intention of going for a Rosenior or a Corberan. Heads clearly in the clouds
