If you take the league then it 10 goals and 4 assists in 18 starts (25 total)
Giminez has 38 goals + 9 assists (47 goal contributions) across 2 league seasons and 50 starts .
Its a record that stands up much better than Parrot's, which has been OK but his overall record of scoring over several seasons in several leagues has been very hit and miss. If he wasn't ours, we would not be looking to buy him.
I may be wrong on Giminez and I would prefer Toney, I just could not see us getting him and Eze + a CM/DM for £120m, as per the OP's criteria.

Parrott - 17 goals, 5 assists in 22 starts for relegated Excelsior
Gimenez - 26 goals, 7 assists in 34 starts for 2nd place Feyenoord
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In output terms in the PL, that's the difference between Halaand and Mateta
----------------------------------------------------------------------
they're both averaging 1 G+A per start just on teams of vastly different quality, it's not like the difference between mateta and Haaland is it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Keep him until next season. Club trained. Richy will get injured at some point anyway plus Parrott wants to play for us. Hope he gets a chance in pre season. You never know, something might have clicked with him finally.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We will have a lot more games this season and may be Parrot, may be others will have chances to play
But be aware, if Parrot makes it into a Caraboa cup line up and we lose, there will be a "taking cups seriously" backlash from some.

that doesn't include parrott's 7 goals and an assist in the 4 playoff games he played.
obviously Gimenez scores more goals he's played for one of two best teams in the Netherlands over that sample size. it just isn't very impressive
I'm not saying that Parrott should be out backup CF I hope we sign somebody
just not gimenez, don't see what all the fuss is about at all
We should sell parrot while his stock is high and we can get a decent price
Gotta hope our scouts know what they are doing
They got it wrong with Janssen and he had an almost identical record to Giminez.
I can understand why people dont trust the Dutch league to be any sort of barometer for player quiality
Watching Giminez I get massive Vincent Janssen vibes, and his goal scoring record at international level is poor also

Parrott was in a god awful team producing those stats and you see yesterday for Ireland his pressing ability albeit nearly messing up the finish.
We need a big overhaul home grown and club home grown are musts we cannot be leaving ourselves short in squad terms of registrations given our financial position then crying we do not have enough players or nobody to play left back for example.
Given the outgoings, our financial clout and this seasons premier league money no reason we should not be in discussions or an Osimhen or Sesko.
15m KWP
45m Gallagher
60m Eze or Olise (I’d prefer Olise)

Feom the highlights I've watched of Giminez, the best word I could use to describe him is clunky
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Should stay clear of strikers from the Dutch league
If we actually only had 120m I'd spend it all on a striker and number 6. The rest from sales and maybe a loan or two

Who would you Spend 120m on players?
