Btw, if RB’s money has assisted this, they should shout it from the rooftops👍

Why is this good news? I get that we are no longer tenants but is that necessarily a bad thing? Manchester City don't own their own ground, West Ham don't own their ground, Brighton don't own their own ground, it's not necessarily a bad thing being tenants, what's bad is having landlords like Ken Bates etc.

and didn't the 49ers already own the stadium, this seems like a smoke screen to me, lack of activity.

Great news.

Helps out massively with p&s. Saving £6m costs each rolling period

Its only good news if we no longer paying rent to play football. Not heard anything confirmed on this matter.
We must have lost £60m+ on ground rental.

Owning the ground outright seems good sense.
Radrizzani leveraging it to buy his next club must've
sent shockwaves through the 49ers group.

49ers already owned the ground, through a separate company. Not many people seem to be getting the point that although this might just seem corporate manoeuvres, symbolically it's cementing the connection between club and ground.

They didn't need to bother with this, technically.
The fact that they did to me says a lot, and gives the 49ers a mark in the 'plus' column.

But I'll still be reserving full judgement until after adding up the pluses and minuses come 1 Sept.

Hi - I think it’s good news because I very much like the idea of the club and ground being ‘one’ under a single ownership as it used to be. It feels much more secure for the club. I can’t speak for other clubs.

I didn’t realise this - and another massive reason why it’s good news, for me anyway👍.
