Can't call it. Can think of multiple naratives i.e England having lady luck and being well overdue, also getting a step closer each tournament they play. Leaning towards England winning comfortably after a strong start although pre netherlands I fancied Spain 1 nil with a late winner. Spain deserve to win it going on how well they've played and who they've had to beat, with England scraping past everyone, but the final is the final and that's all that matters, which is why Southampton beat us, its whoever turns up on the night that wins it.

England are so much like Leeds its unreal. Everyone wants them to fail, teams all raise there game against us, always reach the finals (playoffs) then bottle it.

I've got to be honest and maybe it's my age but I can't say I'm a fraction upset compared to the gutting feeling of Leeds missing out on promotion but I recognise it was a glorious opportunity for the whole nation to unite in testing tines and I suppose getting all the way to a 2nd Euros final however fortuitous Southgate has been with the draw is still a feather in his cap but ultimately the team that was brave and didn't sit back and played on the front foot playing pro active attack minded positive football triumphed over Southgate's negative defensive anti but apparently "tournament" style of football so I wasn't surprised but enjoyed the 5 minutes of Palmer inspired magic that hopefully alongside Watkins and Gordon in future England starting line ups is allowed to entertain,thrill and outplay the very best on a world stage.....Thanks for your efforts GS but please for the love of football hand over the England reigns to a more progressive forward thinking adventurous coach.

We were lucky to get to 1-1, let’s face it. Some Pamer magic and a few good saves from Pickford stopped it being a bigger scoreline for Spain.

Spain are an excellent team with superb technical players who can run for days.
