Jamaica would still do well I reckon. And China.

India would basically be like the USA are in the actual Olympics.

Team GB would bring a lot to the table.

Chicken tikka masala, balti pies, curried baked beans and Bombay Bad Boy Pot Noodles are surely all eligible to represent Britain.

Time to switch the medals table to the American version so we can be third.

14 golds is quite disappointing compared to previous recent Olympics. I mean just 4 over a whole week is pretty poor.

But it's the manner of losing out on the golds which is frustrating. Like the 4 x100 relay women could've got gold if they did a good changeover

Some of it bad luck, some of it a case of the athletes needing to do better. It does make it more irritating when we come so close to the gold and that's happened quite a lot at this Olympics, especially in the athletics.

Velodrome been the biggest let down for me. Laura Kenny's "I think we'll get 8 golds" is the worst prediction ever.

We only have 1 gold so far. There's a few races to go but the British one just crashed in the marathon so that's another disaster.

Our velodrome team has an allergy to Olympic gold. Laura Kenny said it was as good as the one in Beijing and London. Not a chance.
