If it was biggest flops yeah hed be in there given his cost. But the few times we did see him he had some talent.

My 11 is more players who you scratch your head and wonder how did they ever play for liverpool.

Forgot about Darmian. 5 or 6 of those weren’t close to being regulars though.

List makes more sense if you're talking about fairly regular players who stunk up your team. Lokonga was a fringe squad player and didn't play enough to be such a signing.

Richard Wright - bought as successor for Seaman at a fair price, did his best to cost us the 01/02 title and Stuart Taylor outperformed him.

Pal Lydersen - Seemingly bought to offer competition to Dixon but in reality was to line a few pockets. Proved the downfall of George Graham.

Sebastien Squillaci - Signed to add experience, but just added shiiiteness.

Mikael Silvestre - The start of us buying shiiite from over top 6 clubs. Poor at CB and LB. His most notable contribution at Highbury was nutting Ljungberg while still at United.

Nelson Vivas - Argentinian short ass, cost us the title in 99 and helped gift United the treble.

Glenn Helder - George Grahams parting gift, the Dutchman was mentally unstable and not particularly good at football. Guess he did pave the way for more successful Dutch players to join... with Bergkamp coming months later and then Overmars.

Eddie McGoldrick - The personification of Grahams ultra defensive, keep a clean sheet and hope for an Ian Wright goal style of post 91. Pushed Limpar out of the side and the club. Could play in CM but mainly wide. He didn't last long.

Lucas Torreira - Harsh, but his horrific decline after a promising start hurts. Got found out really quickly and our DM was suddenly #10 and then out the club after 2 seasons.

Remi Garde - You could argue he was bought in less for his on-field ability and more as a man to help Wenger in the dressing room. His appearances were sporadic and his performances not great. Injury ended his career, and despite winning a title medal in 98 his is a largely forgettable Arsenal player.

Chris Kiwomya - Another of Grahams last few signings, Kiwomya barely played due to being behind Wright. Rioch and Bergkamp were further nails in the coffing and he was sent to France and his Arsenal career was barely noticeable.


Francis Jeffers - Fox in box turned out to be absolutely awful. The other players were desperate for him to score but he just kept fluffing chance after chance. Only made 22 PL appearances and ended his Arsenal career by getting sent off in a Community Shield final.

Bogarde never played really and Chris Sutton has a good shout, but just missed out due to playing less games than havertz who made me suffer every week.
Lukaku for 100m is a far and ahead our worst signing though
