I thought you were a multi millionaire?... As such, you should know that first class, even a private jet, is still a tiring process. You can't walk around properly, stretch your legs etc, then you have length, altitude, poor air circulation etc
Who knows how much it is all connected, but I would have thought a multi millionaire would know about first class flight travel.

Yes you indeed can walk round properly and stretch your legs out. You get a bed ffs.
It's all just excuses.
Dehydration is the biggest danger. Drinking plenty of water on a long flight is essential.
This information is readily available on the "in flight safety card" found on the back of the seat in front of you.

I know, i've been in both first class and jets... You cannot walk around in the same way you can, say, a hotel room though... The aisles are still narrow, there are still other people, staff etc.
Thanks for proving my point though.
I've won this debate. Want to know how?
Because if long distance air travel was bad for your body/health, all pilots would be crippled.

Literally everyone says it and uses it as an excuse for injuries.
Last season apparently our injury crisis was caused by a pre-season tour.
The year that Liverpool collapsed under Klopp, that was blamed by their pre-season tour too.
It's all just excuses. There's no evidence travelling to other countries for pre-season causes an injury pile up.
Did Darren Anderton do a round the world pre-season tour every year then?
