Lazio nearby so no wonder. Not far from the Amalfi coast though? Beautiful
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, it’s pretty scenic. Although the people here don’t change.
Literally. The family vest gets passed down.

* Nowt in the air from open play anyway!
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Timing is everything
----------------------------------------------------------------------

In my defence, I did say from our offensive lineup i.e. front 6.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

No no no no no.

No splitting hairs on these threads any more

That’s what St3vie et al do. Drive you to distraction and wander off thinking they’ve won some war of words.

Not having it those season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Long time since I’ve had any hairs to split.

BTW, Kasper hasn’t had much to do, but his mid-range passing out from the back has been excellent.

I’ve a feeling we don’t want or need a striker this season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haha
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Think an Idah type striker would have had a field day with the crosses we’ve put in today. Some very nice football overall.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
When Kyogo went down Idah’s price went up along with Lawwell’s BP

Enjoyed that today, preseason form has certainly carried on and good to see we are able to beat ultra defensive teams given how we struggled against these at times last year. Still think we need another 3/4 quality signings, it's the hope that kills though 😕

Although Killie offered fack all TBF Taylor was more than decent today though the whole team were on it. Kyogo with not much space, Palma a bit rusty, Kasper barely touched it.

Fantastic performance and we looked back to the good old days. Angeball 2.0

The referee had a stinker though.

Twice kyogo went round the keeper and was cleaned out and both times he refused to give a penalty. Dont know what he was thinking for that as it was as much as a stonewaller as you can get.

I think he was offside both times so the fouls that followed wouldn't have mattered?

Yeah, I think so … but TV seemed to suggest they hadn’t even looked at offside on the second one, as VAR deemed the keeper challenge wasn’t a foul anyway. If true, that’s frankly astonishing, even for the clowns up here.

Dave, indeed, the second one was stone wall, cleared Kyogo out completely

BTW, Don Robertson was unbelievably “lenient” yesterday in not giving yellow cards for numerous snidey late challenges. Really not the way we want the game to be going, surely?

The first one they didnt get a chance to review it as killie cleared it off the line then we got the ball back and eventually hatate scored the first.

It just amazes me that the ref didnt give the pen straight away. Both of them were stonewallers.

McInnes at least had the good sense to take Donnelly off before he was sent off.

From what I read, Kyogo was not in an offside position before being flattened by McCorrie.

Looking forward to the weekly openness from the refereeing panel in explaining that one.

thought kyogo looked on for the goal as well.

played well yesterday but after scales scored i could just picture pr1ckface being delighted at the thought of not needing a cb

all we needed was mj to come on and score.

Almost dropped my beer at one point in the first half, when Taylor not only jumped for a high ball, but won it. Not sure he’s actually contested a header in the last 2 seasons. Must be worried about us maybe finally signing another LB.
