Football is back next week

I agree people need to stay safe and not riot, but to pretend that there’s no reason people are rioting is not true.

Ordinary British people feel like secondary citizens in their own country, they feel abandoned and they have been lied to for decades by corrupt politicians.

Yeah, and football has never been a place for aggression before....

it makes no sense when their actions don’t correspond to their reasons. Pure and simple, it’s just a hate riot.

I think we are a very tolerant country. Yes we have racists but on the whole they are a very small minority.

What people are concerned about is the violence, rapes, bombs and other things that have been prevalent for the last ten years or so. They see people arriving in boats, getting put up in hotels and given preferential treatment.

Starmer poured fuel on the fire by labelling every concerned citizen as far right and promising to defend the Muslim community. He was very naive and showed his ineptitude. Even Reeves said in 2016 that if we didn’t curb immigration there would be riots on the streets in a few years,

In four weeks they have back tracked on their promises to pensioners, given huge pay rises to public sector workers, caved in to junior doctors and left themselves wide open to other workers wanting the same sort of pay deal.

I can’t remember a worse start for any new government. God help,us if they had been in charge when Covid hit!

But they never did that! Plus in that 14 years they dealt with the aftermath of Brexit and the huge cost of Covid and the Ukraine war.

Do you really think Labour or the Lib Dems would have done any better. I shudder to think.

Junior doctors go into their profession knowing full well that they will have to work a few years for a relatively small salary but also knowing that eventually they will earn a fortune and have a gold plated pension. They work hard for it and I have no issue with that.

However they have used their power to help bring about the downfall of the Tory government and anyone who thinks this wasn’t political is a fool.

It was a amazing how within a week they got offered 22% (yet now smell blood and might even strike for more because they sense a week government).

Now we have GP’s looking to strike and public sector workers getting 5,5% pay rises. You just wait until every other worker wants a similar deal.

This is a very weak government who have only 19% of the electorate behind them !

They promoted Brexit which has trashed our economy.

The way they dealt with Covid was a national scandal (unless you got a PPE contract like Tory Peer, Michelle Mone)

Labour continues to support Ukraine, the Tories would have reined it in if Trump gers re-elected.

Under the Conservatives we had record immigration, an economy on the brink of collapse, rivers full of raw sewage and a rail service that isn't fit for purpose.

..and you reckon in the space of 1 month, Starmer has made the country worse.

We can't "pay 'em fek all" as they already earn very high salaries, Junior Doctors know this is their future, which is why they go into the profession - & why we have no shortage of people willing to apply...
