Completely different to BJ though as a player. He will bring things that BJ doesn't and vice versa. Obviously more of a goal threat than BJ on paper at least. We aren't getting a new Harry Kane but could he reach a Keane, Defoe, Berbatov level of striker? Yeah I think he could.

Solanke is a good signing. I would of preferred Toney or Osimhen but Solanke the more i think about is what we need.
We need a focal point, the reason we concede so many other than the god awful tactics is because the ball bounces back too much so we lose control. Three passes and your in. Solanke will keep hold of the ball.
We are good at getting crosses in we can now float them rather than drill them because we have somebody who can head.
Son returns to the left and Richarlison a great option from the bench. As should be Will Lankshear who i fear is going out on loan.

Solvable has improved year on year. He’s not going to get you on the edge of your seat too much, but I’m pretty sure he’ll score goals in that system. I wouldn’t over think it too much, he simply improves your squad.
He’s a good pro and yes, that’s pricey, but if he knocks in 70 league goals over the next five years no-one will care.

I think that’s right. Only time will tell. Few of us know exactly how ange will use him. I’m looking forward to seeing how he fits and if that improves us overall.

Sorry my fault i did not state properly.
Pedro Porro has the most shots outside the area in the premier league and the most shots by any defender last season 53 with 12 on target. Trent was second with 47 with 8 on target.
I just picked the player on the same side as Brennan Johnson, my point is i think Johnson is criticised too much and i think it is because he is too nice.
Not sure that makes me weird buddy.

One must hope he's a new Harry Kane, but I doubt it.
Certainly striker was one position we need to strengthen.
But our midfield is shaky, and must also get a strong incoming for this season. Can't continue to depend on Maddison.

I think that’s right. Only time will tell. Few of us know exactly how ange will use him. I’m looking forward to seeing how he fits and if that improves us overall.
It’s not my money so don’t care about the fee. Just hope he scores some goals!

Johnson is unfairly the whipping boy. Is it because he is nice do we think?
Some people are immune to criticism Pedro Porro as a key example. On his day brilliant really like him but takes the most shots in the premier league should score more, postionally out of place for goals, beaten aerially consistently. Never see a word of criticism online for Porro.

Sorry my fault i did not state properly.
Pedro Porro has the most shots outside the area in the premier league and the most shots by any defender last season 53 with 12 on target. Trent was second with 47 with 8 on target.
I just picked the player on the same side as Brennan Johnson, my point is i think Johnson is criticised too much and i think it is because he is too nice.
Not sure that makes me weird buddy.

One must hope he's a new Harry Kane, but I doubt it.
Certainly striker was one position we need to strengthen.
But our midfield is shaky, and must also get a strong incoming for this season. Can't continue to depend on Maddison.
