Signing Eze would mean our left side is bloated compared to an under strengthed right hand side.
It makes no sense considering we have Bergvall, the over priced fee plus his injury history.
I think/hope we will make maybe one more signing before kick off. I suspect Bissouma's future will be decided late in the window.
other than a few games at the start of last season Bissouma has never been that great at 6 for us, which is a shame considering what he was like at Brighton more consistently
Bentancur isnt a 6 either. that role is so important to the team and one we will need to get right in the future if Ange is going to work out
Imagine being dumb enough to upload multiple videos of yourself using a controlled substance to your own social media account as a professional footballer.
I hope for his own sake the dude was drunk and/or high AF. Otherwise I’d be concerned about his ability to put his own kit on on matchday, never mind follow detailed coaching instructions
Was there that much decent attacking play against Bayern? From what I saw of the highlights it was chance after chance being created by Bayern and the odd chance for us.
I can't see us doing much more as far as signings. The squad might still need a bit more work but it's in a fairly decent place now and perhaps it's for the best if we just leave the team and players to settle and gel.
An improved squad on last season, a season on to have got used to a new style of football, no international comps to take away our players mid-season...it's over to Ange now to show what he can do.
Bissouma has brought the club into disrepute and should be heavily punished. I'd have no issues with sacking him, or at the very least sell him. Playing for Tottenham should come with huge responsibility, this type of behaviour shows his professionalism for what it is, and it's not the type of player we should be advocating.

Agree. But hopefully Solanke can help with that. I was more concerned with the awful defending from wide set piece positions. Awful defending and we need to iron it out.

If our bad defending from set pieces keeps occurring then that is seriously on Ange. Nobody can say we don't have a solid backline of defenders to work with and set piece preparation is not dependent on the style of football we're going for, it's about setting up right to defend.
The signs over pre-season do worry me going into this season but have to hope it somehow clicks for us like it did early last season and that players like Solanke improve our play up front.

We would have problems selling, seems to be a liability now, caught Malaria in a Malaria free zone, what next, totally undisciplined, get rid
Biss hasn’t worked out so far football wise and off the pitch he has had a few issues in his career. It’s probably too late in the window to replace him but unless he turns into Kante next season then we should move him on in the summer.
As for players coming in, we’ve just got to stay humble
Don't see us paying £60m+ or whatever it takes to sign Eze unless the new investment comes in.
Hearing rumours of us being offered Zaha who would be much, much cheaper and probably be more realistic than Eze
Zaha seems to only function at Palace, so not sure about that
Zaha plays on the left - we need a right winger or a back up 10
KWP will be next.
No chance are we getting Eze. They are not losing olise, guehi and eze in the same window.
I think Eze is a load of nonsense i believe we are happy as a club with the attackers now. Absoloutely no ambition but i believe we are happy.
Fk me a bit of laughing gas got everyone in a tizwas. Same when grealish was “caught” doing it. Big deal.
Spurs can put out a statement about this but they couldn’t put out a statement about solomon and his pushing of IDF propaganda, the genocide sympathiser
Laughing gas/hippy crack/nitrous oxide…. Is illegal… & carries a custodial sentence… so this offence cannot be taken lightly….if a decent offer came in … & a decent replacement is lined up, I’d sell him… he’s inconsistent anyway
His behaviour is embarrassing,., I expect heavy fines etc… I expect him to be dropped… if not sold!
Eze is too expensive… so expect us to go for Jonathan David…
Spence can cover for Porro… it’s the left side I’m worried about… we haven’t got adequate cover… Davies is a massive no!!
expecting a winger in that 20-23 age range
bakayoko, kubo, cherki, conceicao, gruda some names that have been floated around

Well one is a criminal offence and the other is a guy defending (in his eyes) his homeland.
You know damn well there is a significant difference between the 2.
