City have rodrigo, Kdb and say Silva...which would imo be the best, 2-5yrs ago...but now i think kdb is way past his best at 33 and Silva is 30 I think.

Arsenal do have rice, odeegard etc...but I dont see them better than liverpool's at all. Plus we have the likes of Elliott and Gravenberch.

The rest cant match any of arsenal, liverpool or city...as a MF group.

Also just putting it out there that Rice's GA in the league last season was better than Mcallister and Szoboszlai combined. Not bad for a transit van I guess.
