Having said that, i could see a ground-share between Orient and West Ham

Which London club is effectively a charity case?

Spurs and Orient put in a joint bid.

Orient use it as their home ground.

Spurs use it as their home ground for all competitive fixtures for NextGen, Academy, Reserves, Spurs XI and as their home ground whilst the NDP takes place.

Orient keep wham out of their turf.
Wham have to stay where they are
Spurs get a prestige stadium to use to raise the profile of the other sides at the club
Spurs don't have to play at a building site.

Oh - Spurs can afford it.

I like that idea DC5

Although, being so far away from the pitch would be a bit rubbish.

Wouldn't work (back of envelope calculations) .

Could save the Os 2 years rent at best.
When Spurs return to WHL, trouble.

I wouldnt want to watch football at a stadium with a running track around it. Full stop. End of.

I would consider it a cross to bear if it means the actual "time to completion" window of the new WHL +/- development costs are reduced.

And gives us a chance to measure the spectator experience for a 55,000 attendance (which if ok for the players/fans there, is gonna be multiplied N-fold at the new WHL) .
