He wasn't on everyone's wish list.
But, he was on mine. Scores goals for fun.
Can see us pulling the old "we tried so
unbelievable hard to sign player X, Y,
and Z. But it was so unbelievable hard"
when we flame out yet again.
Three windows of abject failure thus far.
Starting to think the yellow kit was
a way to dupe us all into thinking
everything was on the up.
When it wasn't. At all.
At this point I'd have taken him but I doubt very much we made any inquiries.
Wasn't a chance we would sign him.
We're a shipwreck and will struggle to attract any decent players before the window closes.
We're a shipwreck
^^^
This could be our new club badge when the redesign
happens. It can feature the wrecked vessel on the
river aire. With a lone seagull crapping on it.
Would have been a good one.
Well tonight we are linked with a player who cant get in the Burnley team and a player who can't get in the Rangers team. Fills you with excitement!
We're so fcked. Mid-table might be a miracle
this season. Ownership's lost my faith.
Bunch of liars lining their pockets. As per.
Might be the chance to play Prem football that made him move? To be fair over the longer period Leeds might have been the better option but he might have been thinking shorter term?
If you were him, why bother? Wait for a better offer, Ipswich unless they perform miracles will be where he’s at now by next season
At 28, he obviously saw this as his chance and took it.
Can't blame him. Just wish my club got the sh 1. t
together and maybe make a case as being an option
for players such as him.
A week that only Leeds can do. Poor play on the field, ineffective management off it, diabolical communication and slow silence on recruitment as the games tick by rivals strengthening and each potential target goes to another club. Beyond incompetent and sickening.
And the fans keep turning up - almost 36,00
for a midweek EFL cup game. Incredible support.
Shat on by owners time after time after time.

Didn’t realise he was that old. Can’t blame him really, but can’t see Ipswich doing much, the cards are stacked against them massively/ - which is to be expected when rich clubs pretty much own the PL
Whittaker bagged 20+ last season with 6 from outside the box, next best attacker in the league surely. Buy him for 15 mil and then sell him to Villa for 20.

‘Tic fan in peace, but just realised the ‘Gers player in question is Rabbi Matondo. If he’s the answer to anything then I’m not sure what the question is … and don’t think any Bears on here would disagree with that assessment.
Right now our club could use the help of a good
Rabbi or Priest or Imam. Anyone who offers miracles.
Struijk to Fulham for £12.5m is doing the rounds…bring your boots you might get a game!
Floated this player before. Last time we were in the Prem. Now he's 32. But still a very savvy player. No
way he'd come to us. However, wish we'd give it a go.
Love the player. Gordon Strachan type role anyone?
"Manchester United have told Denmark midfielder Christian Eriksen, 32, that he is free to find a new club this month and he could leave in a cut-price deal."

So you’d like to sign a player who technically died.
Would sail through one of our medicals!

Sell the whole team !

That looks like the plan.
Actually think Struiyk coming back has made Rodon look rubbish and thus the defence too so if Struiyk going means Amps and Rodon are reunited at the back I'm not too fussed if he wants out apparently but of course we will then need an extra new midfielder and cb as well as the 4 or 5 other new signings by the slowest negotiating recruitment personnel in world football....we'll be lucky to get 2 new players before the window shuts.
