£10m is daylight robbery. On paper ticks all the boxes for a wideman and given the transfer fee it's a punt, if it works great, if not then no Biggie.

They have already achieved more in one window than any of the idiots combined in the preceding decade! The squad is already taking shape and it will resemble something even better every summer. If only Ed had put in place best in class footy people after SAF retired we would have won major titles by now. Anyway, let's look to the bright future. 😎

I can't claim to have seen any of his club matches, but I slightly fell in love with Ferdi during the Euros.

Watched a couple of his club games and the Euros and yes I feel he's a baller, tough, strong looks good on the ball, think he will be a great signing for them but time will tell

This will give Liverpool some serious depth.

I don't understand this question.

I challenge you to find any post from a Man utd fan suggesting that Chiesa would be a good signing before this month. You won't find one. He's not even played in the PL yet.

I'm prepared to assume that the owners didn't look into this deal for a reason and I'm prepared to back their judgement on that.

He had a really bad ACL injury and hasn't been the same since....hence the low fee.

A fully fit and healthy Chiesa would be going for upwards of 60m easily.

Liverpool aren't one to usually to take a gamble but they must think it's worth it and I imagine they won't be overpaying him in wages either.
