BBC:
Wolves boss Gary O'Neil with a transfer update regarding midfielder Andre from Fluminense: "It's close. I think everything has gone fine but there's a few boxes to tick but I don't see any problems occurring.
"The midfield is a very strong area of the pitch for us already with Joao [Gomes], Mario [Lemina] and Tommy [Doyle]. Andre is an excellent talent that will add to the group, and it will fall on my to find a structure to fit them all in."
Wikipedia:
André Trindade da Costa Neto (born 16 July 2001), simply known as André, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers and the Brazil national team.
Hope they're not preparing for Gomes leaving.
At the moment we might have Brazil's entire midfield. Never thought I'd ever type that.
Thoght this was quite interesting:
In this Portuguese name, the first or maternal family name is Trindade and the second or paternal family name is da Costa. "Neto" is a generational suffix meaning "grandson", which is used for someone whose name is the same as their father and grandfather, like "III" in English.
Wolves boss Gary O'Neil on goalkeeper Jose Sa, following the signing of Sam Johnstone: "From my point of view, Jose will stay and fight out for a shirt that's been his for a long time but of course the player has his own views and wishes. Our window shuts today, and the Saudi window Monday but It would be foolish of me to speak for players but in this moment I believe Jose is keen to stay and fight."
Meupiyou & Johnstone confirmed, O'Neil has confirmed Andre is done, Sutherland confirmed but in to U21s.
O'Neil also confirmed that Podence is likely to move.
If we do bring in a winger and centre back it'll be a good window. Arguably still a decent one as it stands, Larsen & Doyle look solid signings. Lima & Gomes look to have good potential. Meupiyou and Andre will have been bought in as relative bargains with future re-sale in mind. But of course the squad still isnt as balanced as it should be for a Premier League season because future resale value is being prioritised over first team needs.
I think that’s the Fosun model. Buy players that will grow in value. To be fair it’s worked pretty well for us, barring the Fabio signing. But GON has been saying he wants players with premier league experience and we haven’t been bringing in that kind of player, except Dawson
League table finishes would imply that its not working that well for us. If Fosun want us to deliver profit, and every other club is pushing PSR to its limits, we're at a minimum £105m disadvantage over 3 years.
We’re not making profits though we’re as close to the £105m limit as we could be. We’re an established Premier League team which in itself was just a dream not so long ago. And apart from a season and a quarter under Bruno Lage I think we’ve done alright
Looking promising that Carlos Forbs might join the ranks tiday
Still not certain Guedes will stay, Villareal want him. And Chiquinho and Cundle might yet get loans
At Frankfurt airport right now. Itching to get on and see what we have done and it all looks surprisingly promising.
A defender would finish it all off nicely.
Sassuolo forward Armand Lauriente & Trevoh Chalobah being looked at as well "evidently" looks like Luke Cundle is on his way back to Stoke & Chiqhino's likely to be loaned to Mallorca
so looks like Chiquinho, Podence, Silva will be going. Wolfie will sleep easier tonight
Silva going on a straight loan, full season at Las Palmas
And they are paying his whole wages
Now being reported that Chalobah is going to Palace on loan
A decent central defender and I'll be happy.
Would be nice but i am not as concerned as some. Dawson, Toti, Mosquera, Santi and the young lad Meupiyou isn't bad. The coverage of l ft back is the question mark but thought Toti did good there last year i thought if we decide to push RAN forward.
So who starts tomorrow?
Sa, Doherty, Mosquera, Dawson, Toti, Ait-Nouri, Lemina, J Gomes, Cunha, Hwang, Strand Larsen
that will be GON's choice.
Personally I'd have Guedes, Bellegarde or R Gomes instead of Hwang. Or GON's cat if required.
Yeah i would have anyone over Hwang
About to board. Hoping for a pleasant surprise in the last few hours

Don’t forget Semedo is back tomorrow and will surely start
After Wednesday I would play Guedes instead of Hwang, if he’s set to remain with us
Sebastian Lockhead, defender from Dundee, done deal.
