It’d be great if PSG beat Madrid in the CL.
Mbappe is great, but something unlikeable about him.
“It’s early days but PSG seem liberated without having Mbappe dominate everything through him.”
Way too premature to make such a claim. They’ve played 2 league games and usually spank most of them.
I’d laugh if Mbappe fails at Real because I’m not much a fan of either but I’m sure he’ll win plenty of titles while he’s there. Don’t think Barca have the depth to go toe to toe with Real all season although they do seem to be producing some brilliant players from La Masia recently.
ego we can do without
never wanted the priiick at Madrid tbh
Still a brilliant player but I would not be shocked if we’ve already seen the best of him.
Hi Robb, off topic but quick. You know I'm a fan of British cinema, turns out Martin Scorsese is too.1

Re Mbape, great but not as great as he thinks he is.
M’bappe has got Micheal Owen likenesses, once his pace goes he’ll still be a great finisher but won’t be as effective.
He’s not a lone CF. While the signing sounded good on paper I’m not sure him and Vini will work together.
They should have signed Toney instead. Guaranteed goals.
Having Mbappe and Vini in the same starting 11 was always going to be a problem for Madrid if they wanted to get the best out of both of them.
Of course he will be a success, sensational player that is too good to not be a success really.
I do think that friction with some other of the big headed players at Real is gonna be an inevitable theme though. Mbappe undoubtedly has a massive ego to the point Real are pretty much the only club that handle him I think.
Madrid will buy Haaland within 2 years. Mbappe ain’t it.
I didn't see the need for Real to sign Mbappe. They won the CL/La Liga double last season without him, with a seemingly very well balanced side.
Mbappe brings a huge ego into the dressing room which will be a drawback which outweighs the benefit of his skill.
Hopefully mbappe and Madrid will fail miserably.

100% agree
a replacement fro Kroos was far more important
Endrick who is a proper 9 is a good signing but will probably be used as bench player this season
no need to get Mbops...who plays in the same area of the pitch & does the same things as Vini Jr
Let's face it, it's what Real do - sign the biggest names in the world, and more often than not, they get them to play together and get the results they need.
Doesn't work all the time, so we'll see how it goes, but I think I would rather try it out and see how it goes, rather than not have that opportunity.
And if it doesn't work out, either the manager will go or Mbappe will go, depending on who they want to blame
He had some abject games at PSG, and he can be a moaning get. But then PSG is a bit of a mess. He's never really looked the payer he was at Monaco where he was sensational. He'll do well at Madrid I think.
