Disgusting how we get the book thrown at us but opposition can get away with murder. If you apply the rules, why pick and choose?
I wouldn't say it was just the second half it was the entire game, first five minutes Saka has his shirt pulled no yellow card. Their cb throwing himself on the floor then ten seconds later he's up as soon as he sees he's not getting a free kick and no card for diving. He should be officiating in the championship next week and that's being kind.
Spurs away City away next o dear.
Rice should be back to join your 9 man defence at the Etihad
We allowed a side to come to our manor and shytehouse their way to a draw.
And instead of giving a bit of it back, our entire side just whinged for the full 90 minutes.
Which sends a message to everyone else in the league.
I really thought those days were behind us.
Good ref today, wasn't bullied by arteta.
We have to win the remaining 35 games to stand a chance of finishing above City

I wouldn't say that I thought we did well with the hand we were dealt with, bit disappointed with how we conceded but other than that we had the best chances in the second half despite being at a significant disadvantage for most of the match.
Tomiyasu was sent off for nothing last season, and they didn't apply the rule again the rest of the season.
English refs are too inconsistent.
Still don't know why the Brighton player wasn't sent off for kicking Rice.

Cheaty will get all they're own way again this season.
City will drop loads of points and Brighton are a good team.

No he weren't. He was facking chyte
I couldn't see from the stands, but was the ball moving when the Brighton player tried to take the free kick? Technically, that is the first offence if it was, so Rice's attempted block doesn't actually count anyway.
Saka outjumped Lewis Dunk which was one of the more positive aspects of today. Nice goal from Havertz
Good strong reffing today. Artetas s**t housery wasn't tolerated. Refs getting wise to his c**tish antics. Was probably a high agenda point in the refs pre season meeting to cut down on it!

Jesus I'd hate to play in a match where you're the referee. Every match would end up being forfeited due to too many red cards.
Not every single infringement is a yellow card offence FFS
So Rice misses Spurs.
Great. Thanks ref

Not sure what that has to do with Artetas being a c**t but I get it - you're hurting. Brighton hurt us last week but at least we were away. Must be worse fu**ing up at home!

Not sure about City dropping loads of points. Just watched them absolutely cruise past West Ham away … 1-3, going on 6. Back to back Haaland hat-tricks.
Ref earnt his Qatar money today.
