Had a read yesterday and was not surprised that the PSR as it stands, leaks water.
The premier league and their lawyers have had an absolute shocker.
But any Leicester fans claiming they haven’t broken the rules are in complete denial. They’ve cheated again and so far got away with it again.
I really hope they can still be punished for the most recent three years.
Got to feel sorry for ourselves obviously!!! But what about Forest who were punished by the Premier League after just one year in the competition.
Absolute shambles and getting pretty frustrated at Kieran Maguire who will only point fingers at the Premier League as responsible. If this was using a loophole to avoid tax in such a blatantly disingenuous way I don’t think he would let the company off so lightly.
Cunning as a Fox... but you have to say Leicester's heirarchy have been very smart in the way they shifted their year end accounts around to swerve past the laughable EPL's loophole friendly PSR rules.
It's dog eat dog and unfortunately for Leeds we never seem to enjoy this type of good fortune and that's life I suppose and looking back at the season we were relegated KP and Raphina wanted to leave anyway so we'd have had 2 very unhappy players if these PSR rules hadn't been in place and the club forced them to stay and I'm not sure we'd have stayed up anyway with the style of play and tactical naivity we had under Marsch,
but I guess we'll never know for sure.
Personally I think the PSR rules are a restraint of trade
and I'm surprised EUFA can get away legally with forcing all the domestic leagues into applying these rules that only benefit the mega rich Elite and stop new sides with sugar daddy owners joining their exclusive club.
Anyway at least it means the likes of Everton and Forest will be sweating at the prospect of not escaping relegation because I think now Leicester can realisticly finish above those two without any points deductions so it makes the bottom of the EPL a lot more interesting.
I understand its great fun when another team get's an unwelcome decision or outrageous misfortune and galling when they enjoy an unexpected victory, but fans of other teams should be welcoming this victory in the fight for smaller sides trying to take on the high spending bigger teams in the EPL and hopefully dismantling the rules designed to keep the big clubs in their lofty position

It doesn't do any of that. You exploited a loop hole that could only have been exploited due to your relegation and will quickly be closed now.
Had you not cheated you likely wouldn't have achieved as many points both your relegation season and last season therefore possibly preventing us playing in the Premier League through cheating. So not sure how you've twisted this into coming to us expecting us to be grateful.
Yes very clever by Leicester.
But all this will have done is now make the Premier League a lot more diligent and a lot more prudent when enforcing PSR.
So Leicester will be the first and last to expose this loophole, nobody else will be able to get away with this type of issue anymore.
Bet your bottom dollar that the rules will now be even more water tight, and clubs will now be getting away with less.

No, I do not want anyone to get away with anything.
What I am saying is, clubs need to be extra careful now as things will be more difficult to get away with.
115 things will now be harder to get out of.
The most shocking thing for me is that the Premier League - with all of its vast income - manages to hire such poor contract lawyers to draw-up its rules.
Sounds like they got duped.
115 things - presumably City related?
Rules can't be back dated.
...re-read it - sorry looks like you mean in the future.
The Premier league is a multi billion pound business run by a bunch of amateurs, always has been always will be.
Congrats to Fester on exploiting the loop hole, it will just make it harder for the Premier league officials to try and implement their very badly written, and in many cases unjust rules in the future.
Should Everton and Forest have been charged last season, Forest in particular as two of their three seasons fell under Championship FFP rules.
Apparently Ipswich will have two years of Championship FFP/PSR in their accounting as Leagues 1 and 2 don’t have any of their own.
What a mess.

Even though the breaching of financial rules has probably negatively affected Leeds most (Everton and Leicester when we went down, and Leicester going up last season), I'm against these points penalties.
