I think you need to readjust your tin foil hat

City should obviously pick up the legal bill, not sure why those who haven't been involved in City's wrongdoings should be paying for them.

You have been dreaming of stripping City of titles won on the pitch off the back of City being found guilty in this sham hearings.
Your club should be forced to pay the cost of this hearing regardless of the final outcome.

What? how is it their fault for asking the authorities to do their job? Its what theyre there for.

City would do the same if the roles were reversed lol, or you think they wouldn't? If they felt clubs were gaining/gained unfair advantages by bending/breaking the rules everone else abides by, City would sit there quiet? I think not.

Richard Masters and the prem cant be forced by any club either, theyll look like fools if theyve only done it because a bunch of clubs didnt like city and asked them to as you seem to believe to be the case.

Just for bantz… what’s sham about it.

City not guilty - clubs pick up the tab

City found guilty - they have to reimburse all clubs loss of revenue for not getting into Europe etc.

Deal?

If they relegate City after finding them guilty then I will happily chip in a tenner

The OP should pay for it.

You don't rely on hacked emails alone for this sort of hearing.
CAS has cleared City of the most serious allegation. Hence, no need for a retrial. But the double jeopardy rule does not matter because United, Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal feelings are hurt.
Unless the PL obtained new evidence, relying on the emails alone is nothing but a witch hunt against City. Hence, these clubs should pick up the bill.

Richard Masters just gave United a £75m waiver in covid allowance. So, he can be influenced.

They likely have new evidence but even if they didn't the favt that the CAS can't include time-barred evidence but the PL can would easily be enough.

On the op, no but depending how it all goes, the PL may end up paying a large chunk of it.

Demotion to non league and stripped of trophies is the only way.

Why are city fans such sad sacks?

I know their club is the football equivalent of the lotto chaav, but you'd think they'd be able to get some happiness from the last decade instead of lingering in the shadows of the real clubs.

I think thats where you're having an issue. The reasons you got away with the uefa stuff was because of their own silly 5 year time-barred rules. Refuse to co-operate with them like u did and was heavily fined for and u can get away with it.

I dont think the prem has those rules so they can indeed go back that far even after getting away with the Uefa stuff

And that alters the evidence how exactly?

City could well get away with a lot of it, they would have willfully done most of it knowing as such. The prem still have to investigate it and act and if lose tighten their not so gr8 rules. Lesta just got away with sumin? Chelsea got around stuff with the long contracts they had to change the rules on?

The prem just doing their job

I’d throw £100 there way towards the bill if they do that or take a couple of the panel out to my local Miller and Carters and they can have steak on me (not literally, I mean I will pay for the steak to be eaten off a plate)

That’s only true of the Etisalat allegations, the evidence was still heard at CAS though. Don’t think time barring or not will make any difference, it’ll all be down to the evidence from either side. One difference is the IC work on the standard of proof being balance of probabilities whereas CAS was comfortable satisfaction.
