Makes the decision to not have Spence in the squad and only 3 senior CBs in the whole squad even more worrying but VDV and Drag should be a good partnership all the same

Don’t know mate…..only spurs fans seem to really rate Romero as a top centre back, usually tells its own story

I agree overall he is our best cb …VDV pushing him though (definitely most important due to the way we play)

He can switch off too easily though …..top centre half’s stay concentrated for a whole game

Bloke is still one of my favourite players but he does make mistakes that are down to his temper / rashness ….ie chasing down lost causes and leaving us exposed (he did it before Ange too)

I taped the Newcastle game. I saw no Romero defensive errors. He did stray offside when he scored!
And Dragusin could have edged the pass in for their first goal as it flew past his left shoulder.
