Interesting and thanks for posting. Only listened to about a 1/3 of it so far (will get around to the rest later) but something that I noticed immediately was a disconnect between Kinnear and Farke in terms of whether or not our new signings for this season will make an immediate impact.
I understand what Farke is doing, taking the pressure off the new signings and saying they will be given time to settle in to ER before they are expected to ‘tear the league’ up. I agree with this approach too.
However, Kinnear said several times that players have been bought this window to ‘make immediate impact’. He offered those thoughts when asked whether the club had learned anything from last season’s failure (Kinnear’s own words) to gain promotion.
They can’t both be right and the club needs to be careful that it talks with a common voice.

Thought it was a fairly decent interview to be fair, it's something they do every year so it's not like they are going to hold him to the coals in a massive way as their is a pre existing relationship there that both of them are pretty keen to see continue.
I'll give you five stars as I am rating the article and what it brings to the board and an article bringing light to an interview that a member of our board has done about what went wrong last year and plans going forward is a good thread. I'm not rating how much I enjoyed listening to the interview, that review would go on squareball

I actually thought it was a really good interview.
A couple of things I think smelt like bulsheet.
Name dropped Buendia
Loans claises and release clauses, were too easily battered away, without admitting mistakes.
Too much blame on previous owners.
But overall, I think it was a pretty positve interview

"What a f'king sh*te article this guy has written! He's just wasted all my time reading that utter pile of dross! I hope this guy dont write another article cos his views are carp and he should go watch sc*mchester instead"

It’s obviously not the most aggressive interview technique and thought Dan Moylan misunderstood the responses sometimes. Such as with the Gray transfer timing and missed that Kinnear said the club didn’t need to sell before June 30th for PnS.
But Kinnear doesn’t need to do this. So it would be quite silly for TSB to go to town on him where he could easily avoid the questions anyway and never do another interview again.
Thought Kinnear started well but he made a big mistake in saying that the 49ers are supporting the club financially and cash that cash flow was not a problem due to their finances and willingness. But later in the interview goes on to say the outstanding transfer fees from the previous were proving problematic. Which one is it?
Lame response to season ticket waiting list position too.
Thoth explanation around the Gray transfer was good insight and made a lot of sense.
