Defo overrated by spurs fans

I can't quite believe how much certain spurs fans rate this guy.

True, he is a talented player, on the ball especially. but he has far too many lapses in concentration and moments of recklessness.

Good footballer but ultimately if you’re a defender have to be good at defending

I think he has the skill, but his temperament needs work. Dunno if it's something that can be trained with him, or if it's just the way he is.

PS - Nothing changed from last season. Ange has 13 wins in last 32 prem games

Just for comparison Poch had 12 wins from his last 32 prem games, which as we know was enough to see him get sacked when we went on the appalling form of no away wins. At no other point did he have form that bad.

Part of the problem is having two ball playing centre backs. Both Romero’s and VDV’s strengths are playing out. What we really need is someone commanding, almost like a Vidic to his Ferdinand. It might be time to give Dragusin a run in the team.

Need to change to a back 3

Romero definitely needs benching, as does Son, but obvious Ange doesn`t have the balls do drop either. So you will get the same outcome.

I doubt Ange will last past autumn if results don`t improve.

He's a good player, but he loses concentration far too often. He's nowhere near Saliba and Gabriel in terms of actually defending.

He is the most overrated defender I think we have had at the club in my lifetime. He is a liability.

He can't defend properly for a full game and now it results in a goal conceded every game. I'd honestly be pleased if RM cane in with a big offer and we accepted. Not that we would spend the money wisely, if at all.

He’s been crap this season.

Baws - VDV is good at playing out but his key strength is his pace. Romero, meh but I'm thinking 5 of your 74 league goals id decent and good in the air for a midget by EPL CB standards.
