Nothing would shock me..... I think he might have been the only manager we didn't go after when Conte left so maybe !!!

I have a feeling it will be Thomas Frank in football they are suggesting Southgate is gonna go into some administration role.

Im now as i have been since January of the belief that Ange is on borrowed time. I have never seen a more tactically inept manager built around nonsense all inspriational quotes yet can not get us up for a London Derby.

Glad you had a good weekend though Diamond! Lets hope for a good week.

He is def on borrowed time. The problem is I don’t feel there are a lot of decent choices out there at the moment, if any

Potter - don’t want Wizard
Southgate - far too long away from the club game
Frank - faaaaack no thank you, turgid football

The obvious choice in my opinion is to once again plunge the ex Chelsea well and get Tuchel in. Otherwise i would love Amorim from Sporting.

Why won’t he practice defending set pieces - it undermines everything else he does.

I think some of you are talking yourselves into Ange getting sacked or on borrowed time. It's weird. Simmer down. Plenty of football to come. You could be right but a loss to Newcastle away and Woolwich could be expected. The dropped 2 points away to Leicester was unexpected but somehow that has set the tone for the rest of the games bar Everton.

It's hardly weird given the way we know Levy has been with managers in the past. We're already in form that has lost previous Spurs managers their jobs.

Losses against Newcastle and Arsenal were a worst case scenario. We could have been forgiven for expecting 4 points from that. 8 points from our first 4 games would have been a reasonable target.

For Ange's sake we're going to have to go on a good run of results soon.

There’s faaaack all weird about it. Not beating Leicester had the alarm bells ringing. Beating Everton convincingly settled things and I don’t think people were too twitchy after Newcastle given we were by far the better side and it was a huge improvement on the last 2 trips there.

But yesterday - Arsenal missing their best player and we do t lay a glove on them and once again concede to our old friend the set piece - alarm bells are fully ringing now.

The next 4 league games look brutal to me - I would not be shocked if we only took 3 points - at which point, is Levy going to be able to resist the eject button if we’re sat there with 7 points from our opening 8 games and looking miles off Europe let alone the CL.

Not sure you can say Spurs never laid a glove on Arsenal they dominated every stat, except the one that mattered, goals scored. I was more disappointed with how poor Arsenal were yesterday, yet they still manage to exploit Spurs major weakness, set piece corners to steal the match. Spurs were not great, but they should never gave been beaten yesterday in a game where even Saka went missing.

Ange though is in big danger because football is a results business, and if you don't get them, you don't last long

What chance should we have scored Sandy? That’s what I meant about not laying a glove on them.

Yeah we had loads of possession - in safe areas and did diddly faaaack all with it.

15 shots, 7 on target and the keeper barely broke sweat

Once again, we fell asleep at a corner.

Forgive me, but I’ve seen it all before - wake me up when the new broom is in

Levy has turned Tottenham Hotspur Football Club into a footballing irrelevance, all we do is go round and around on Levy`s roundabout of sporting incompetence and failure.

True fans are being turned off by the cost and the clown show ownership, and replaced with tourists and affluent happy clappers.

I actually think Ange would do alright if he had been given the players he actually asked for, but there is no way he asked for a load of not ready kids and Solanke, those are club signings 100%.

Ange is too much of a yes man to complain or kick up a fuss..... a dream manager for Levy after Conte told us all exactly how it is.

This club desperately needs new owners.

Levy out.

You said Spurs never laid a glove on Arsenal. That says to me you think Arsenal completely dominated the game. They were poor, and if they play like that at City, they will get a drubbing. Spurs gifted them the game once world class Romero once again went missing at a corner.

Well I’ve already explained what I meant by that - I meant we never looked like scoring, we didn’t lay a glove on them or cause any issues.

We had loads of possession but it was all meaningless - Arteta was happy for us to have the ball as he knew we would do faaaack all with it, yet they looked very threatening when they came forwards and Arteta had even said pre kick off he fancied his side at set pieces.

They will get beaten at City - but who cares, we look like we’re gonna be competing with the likes of West Ham and Fulham this season for a top half finish.

We’re rubbish, proper rubbish
