A quality attacker and two quality wing backs will make all the difference for us. Surely we’ve got to try and at least get a LWB in January? It’s not a position that needs assessment over the course of the season - we simply don’t anyone can play there at the moment.

I’d argue some quality in the role behind the striker too.

It doesn’t suit Bruno, Amad and Garnacho have potential, but if we’re to get anywhere near the top we need our own Salah/ Son/ Palmer level of player.

I can’t see that we are going to be able to address multiple positions in January.

If we are going to go into the market in January, it has to be LWB. We simply don’t have one.

At least we have options in the LF & RF roles (even if the quality is generally less than we need).
