When he plays like yesterday he is a brilliant player. So good to watch and the heart of all our forward play.

Against weak opposition.
Not so good against Newcastle or Arsenal.
Lets see how he does against ManU before we anoint him a Spurs saint!...

He played very well yesterday and took his goal well.

Silly to get a needless yellow card for taking his shirt off after scoring.

Really quick thinking energetic performance where he passed forward, put the ball at risk and got so many movea going. But this was helped by excellent movement of team mates...this is in contrast to the NLD vwhere movement was poor, passing options were far fewer and the passing was far more careful, backwards and sideways. Good to see after all that's happened this season the team and Madders have confidence to really be brave in the way we play. Madders typified this.

Madders challenge is to put in these sorts of performances most weeks

He started last season like this too, that’s why I mentioned injuries and burnout!

When he ticks then Spurs tick. Nice to see him getting a goal as well after so long. I'd like to think this will be a more familiar sight going forward as he has goals in his locker and we need goal scorers. Especially guys like him who can score from distance for when we fail to break down a tight defence.

Yes, I don't understand why players do this...that yellow may come back to bite his ass.

I mentioned the other day the underlying stats were showing maddison as playing very well, aswell as BJ. Sarr and udogie on the underlying stats have been atrocious but never see the criticism of them. (Not that i would want that but it has to be fair)
