Pretty sure I'm saying Daniel Farke needs to figure
Joel Piroe out. And the squad use in general.
We already know what he is. See last season.
A better squad (Leicester) were crowned Champions.
A better manager (McKenna) finished runner-up.
And a better tactician (Martin) won the play off final.
The team finished with 90 pts. Yes. However, was
that Farke's doing? Or was it the fact he had the best
starting XI at his disposal? Including the POY, YPOY,
and Rutter doing whatever he pleased?
Farke's limited. Tactically barren. Relies on top talent.
I think his time's come and gone. He can prove me
wrong by figuring out how to employ Piroe better.
And Tanaka.
History says he could get us promoted. Could.
History also says his chances of keeping us up
are slim at best. I'm not convinced he's the best
coach/manager to helm this squad. Or to figure
out how to finish our many chances with what
he has.
"We, at the moment, can't finish the multitude of
chances we're creating. Keep doing that, and you
allow teams to stick around and take points off you."
Bielsa's set up made it easy for others to take points from us, and his strikers weren't any better than now as far as scoring goes!..
Goals against chances has been a problem for a while now as far as Leeds united go, and the trainer can only put players out there he trusts to do his job, once they're out there its up to them to do what's being asked but there are players there to stop them getting what we think they should be getting!..
Looking at how things were before Farke came in, the only manacoach that's done maybe slightly better for a lot of years is Bielsa!..
Getting more life out of our dead balls
