The next game at OT we had 19 shots in the first half against Spurs although we didn’t score lol. So if Neville praises 1 shot 0 on target half for Spurs, imagine what he would think if a team has 19 shots lol.

Today 1st half was average but we scored. Both had 1 decent chance each. 2nd half all Man Utd and they say Twente went for it lol.😂 Even the Twente player said after the game in the 2nd half they were just hanging on in the 2nd half lol.

Yeah they should be locked up.

Man Utd had 62% possession 2nd half and another 80% territorial possession 2nd half and 12 shots to Twente 5. If you take Eriksen mistake out, Twente XG 2nd half would have been 0.1 going for it lol.😂

The worst thing is to be a team that plays well and doesn't take its chances and ultimately doesn't win games. They said that great teams win matches when not playing well - we can't even win them when we do. It just shows how far we are from where we want to be.

You only deserve to win games if you score goals, and we don't do that on a regular enough basis

We created a lot more than Pep Guardiola Man City in all competitions since Ten Hag took the job. When I say a lot more, it makes Pep look like Mourinho Inter park the bus tactics at the Camp Nou which was like Arteta against Pep when down to 10 men lol.

Remember when we hit 34 shots at home to Omonia to score and missed big chance after big chance. That is the usual conversion rate under Ten Hag.😂

To be honest Man Utd are the most predictable side in football history, they will miss chance after chance nearly every game. That 7-0 game was repeated last two games but we missed the chances.😂

The first half was so boring and the 2nd half was so entertaining. Its funny the result makes people change perception to what happened.

I love this line, it's Hafi summed up perfectly

They kept saying Man Utd didn’t go for it in the 2nd half and Twente were rewarded for there 2nd half which they basically were 2nd best for nearly all of it.😂 I think Owen Hargreaves said that Twente were the ones trying to go for the winner in the end when they had 1 shot after they scored to Man Utd 9 lol. What was funny is after Twente scored they probably spent 2 minutes of the next 27 minutes in our half and defended for 25 minutes of it.😂 The Twente player came out and said basically they were hanging on for most of the 2nd half which is basically what happened.

So in ex players mind don’t attack for near 90% of the 2nd half and you are deemed the ones going for the winner. It was hilarious as after Owen Hargreaves said that they showed the chances of the 2nd half I believe and it was 90% Man Utd lol. They couldn’t even find anything for Twente apart from the goal lol.

While Utd had 8 shots more in the season you quoted, last season -as per your own link- City had nearly 200 shots more than Utd in the PL.

It is because we smashed in so many shots in the FA Cup, CL and EL and League cup.
