Foden is a tidy player, but I never really understood the hype. With Palmer I totally get the hype.

I agree that Rashford has been overrated by the media but the difference between Rashford and Foden in their all round game and footballing brain is substantial.
I’ve no love for Foden at all but he is a brilliant footballer.

Why are you ignoring the benefits of playing for City and Pep? Makes players look better IMO. If Foden had come through at Ipswich or Bournemouth he would end his career without ever getting in the England team.

Saying a player is overrated isn't a dismissal if said player. I don't think you know what overrated means. Good or decent players can also be overrated.
