That’s how it always used to be on a Thursday!

I hope to see Bergvall and Moore start.

Can’t help thinking that if one of them does well in Europe they can break into the first team.

Think you can follow up recent form and wins and beat them tonight, not sure what line up will appear though, that could be important especially away

Vlahovic is back amongst the goals and looks hungry.

Isn't Paratici a massive fan?

If we can move Richy on I would be all over this.

One things for sure I hate the early week day euro kick offs. 7.45pm or 8pm all day long for me.

No I'm fortunate that I can start/leave work when I want although do travel up and down the country most days.

I just can't get into the mood on a week day. I think probably given my age 50+ I'm set in may ways of traditional kick off times. It took me an age to get used to sun games but that suits me as we are on a TV a lot and I don't get to watch live games much these days because of the expense (I'm Midlands based) and my mate who I used to go with back in my hay days when I had a season ticket moved to Canada many years ago. So it's a bit shat going on you own...

could do with him not getting injured again this season but theres more chance of me being able to name an opposition player for tonight

thought i heard he was still a way off still though and Odobert out for at least another 6 weeks

hopefully Udogie and Son are just precautions

according to the BBC:
"This is the first ever meeting between Ferencvárosi TC and Tottenham Hotspur, while it’s Spurs’ first ever game against a Hungarian opponent"

Interesting to have not been drawn against an Hungarian team ever before given our euro history.

Side note - James Maddison not in the England squad again. Stupid decision but I'm well happy with that. Rest up, Jimmy!
