Don’t know what the win/draw/loss ratio is, I’ll have a look later.
In all comps:
P50 W27 D8 L15 Win ratio: 54%
Poch was 54.7% (293 games)
AVB 55% (80)
But no one can touch Tim Sherwood with 58%
Conte 53.75% (77)
Arry 49.49% (198)
Sir Bill Nick 49.09% (832 games)
I love the way we've got a real identity now and you're starting to see his approach work in real time in games. But we need to consistently get results, and his team selection can be a bit wild. Picking Forster instead of Djed for the Europa squad was a big fackup.. Weirdly, it still feels like early days to me. He's shifted the deadwood but not got everyone he wants firing. Overall I'd go 7/10 so far

Knew you’d know!
Hope people can see what he's trying to achieve now, 2 more windows and we should be cooking on gas, a bit more clinical up top, but need the players 7.5/10

What is he trying to achieve?
And why does he get so many windows?
That’s the part I don’t get!
What is he trying to achieve?

I'm just gonna guess and say winning football matches

So he’s not trying to achieve anything particularly special?
I guess the test as always will be, can he/we do it when it REALLY matters.

Yes, when we play $hit and lose. I think that’s pretty normal?
Winning football matches hopefully results in something special happening but I don't think it's much more complex than that, no.

Yeah but even ‘what’s he trying to achieve’ comment comes across as negative
Enjoy the form and wins ….no need to question Ange all the time

Takes time, even Chelsea with all the money, took a few seasons to get it all together
3 MoM on the bounce, football people know.
He's a Puskas acolyte not a Pep one.
No higher than 6/10 for now. Looks like results and performances are starting to come together again since the first 10 games which is great but there was a lot of rough in between that. Missed out on top 4 and underperformed in the cups, while spending a large amount of money.
So could have done better but with a hopeful continuation of this recent improvement with a design to achieve something by the end of this season, then his mark will go up.
You lost a huge player in Kane and couldn’t replace his goals. Now you have Solanke who is going to score a decent amount and you’ll see why Ange is such a top coach. I’d love him at United and tbh he’s so good that I wouldn’t be surprised if City were sniffing around when Pep goes
8/10. Ange has been left short in certain positions and managed well from day one. Losing Kane on the eve of last season was a big blow but he got on with it.
He gets points for the transition from low block to front foot football, laying a good foundation for how he wants us to play and reconnecting the fanbase to the club on the football field.
His system has been adopted at all youth levels and hopefully will continue after he leaves.
Results have been mixed but 5th and getting us back into Europe is another plus.
He doesn't bow down to fan pressure, which shows how much belief he has in himself and I like his single mindiness as well as the way he articulates himself in front of the media.
Three more windows at least hopefully. There will be bumps in the road but for me we are heading in the right direction under big Ange.
