Blame anyone it was Joseph at our corner! Should have at least won a throw in from that but gave the ball away and the rest is history.

Pirie wouldn’t have done that!

Fair enough point. Too many times teams try to kill a game instead of going for the win and it backfires, we should have gone for the third goal.

I think he’s thinking catch and dive left, just forgot to catch. Didn’t hit a divot, didn’t spin, or change direction…just a feckin’ howler!

Would've taken a point before the game. Any chance he'll blame the bang to the head 10 minutes or so previous? Either way, 2 more tough away games out the way and one that we lost last year. I'm trying here to spin positively but it hurts. MOT.

He'll blame anything but loss of concentration

at least we didn't lose.

Just opened my last can thinking we had a nice win sown up. Now im drowning my sorrows. Feels like a loss

It takes a deflection off of Firpo - and there’s a heck of a lot of spin on the ball. Not saying he shouldn’t keep his eye on it but if that hit the ground with all that spin on it still, it’s gonna act like a rugby ball.

He was on an upward curve under Bielsa (but who wasn’t?) - he’s gone backwards over last few seasons. P!ss poor distribution, poor handling, poor positioning - we probably only kept him cos no one will take him. He’s an absolute clown, but no one’s laughing.

Suppose you’d rather have Darlow in then? Or kept Kiko. Short memory.

Latest news from Apple, just for Leeds United fans. Their iPad 12 now comes with specially re-inforced 'f' and 's' keys.

The spin is the wrong direction for the side he missed it on. The spin is going to wards the keepers left. And he’s missed it on the right.

Then he needs to smother it like a rugby player - his arms are together like he's expecting it to make its own way in.

It spun right though. Meslier even indicated that.

People are being massively unfair on the keeper. You clearly do not know the pressure people like him are under, when they are controlled by match fixers.

Don't think you know what you're talking about. Stupid comment
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Explain. Literally the last action of the game to make a certain result happen. It was waaaay too obvious. He was smiling the whole time after the final whistle. Job done

Anyone still making excuses for him now really needs to wake up.

As good an away performance against a side bang in form as you're ever likely to see, trashed by his incompetence.

Imagine if Casilla had done that?

posted on 4/10/24

The more you look at it the worse it gets and as much as I feel sorry for Meslier on a human level his concentration always seems lax casual and dopey and he's paid a cruel price and I know he can equally make some good saves but really he is our weakest link but we don't have anyone else to challenge him and only time will tell how costly those 2 dropped points will prove to be.

Anyway. I would have settled for a point before the game even though I’m gutted we let that go. It’s a team game and no way should that ball have been anywhere near our goal from our corner.

Don't buy that - if he was match fixing he wouldn't have taken it to the wire like that.
