You know what Light - think that's exactly the way we've got to approach it - MOT!

Yeah I agree. Let Sunderland have their “moment” because they ain’t winning this league.

We go again in two weeks time.

I’m sure someone will have a decent video of that bounce to prove Meslier was just unlucky.

Here here Light me old mucker and even I am starting to believe in Farke again.... only just though as some of his decisions still leave me scratching my head at times but I can park that and see this side certainly has enough about it to reach another 90 point haul and then we can cross the Premier League managerial suitability bridge with DF at a later date but for the time being what doesn't kill you makes you stronger I always try to rationalise life's knock backs with and I now truly believe Farke and his boys will grow from last night's events and us too and I even reckon our next game against Shef Utd will see all of our gutting emotions from last night turned upside down and we enjoy the sweet taste of victory against them..... That's football folks!

Think a bit of Friday night alcohol and extreme frustration at the end led to a few angry comments last night.
Hopefully there will be no further injuries during the international games.
Good positive article LB

think we are well capable of picking up 23/24 points from a 9 game run looking at our fixtures up to christmas i will be amazed if we are not top then.
its just unfortunate the howler spoilt a very good professional performance.

Feel great this morning. We have a top, top team.
Adversity has been thrown at them disproportionately
this season. Not many games played and we've just about seen everything you'd expect over a season.

There backbone (mentally and physically) of this team
is really impressive. Add in the quality and I have to
say we're in for an excellent rest of season ride.

I still do hope the club kick the tires on a few potential
free signings to add some depth. It'll allow Farke to
still rotate his squad which we all know is key.

Onward. Upward.

Good positive article. We have a good team a good manager, and I believe, owners that will get us back to the top.
I hope all the fans stick by the team and Meslier next match, we as fans must get behind him from minute one.

Can't see that object in any of the other photos

I don't think it hit anything. Certainly wasn't made a thing of last night. Many of us feared defeat last night, whilst it was disappointing, on reflection the bigger picture is a cracking, mature and confident inspiring performance from team and manager. MOT.

Hard to be positive after squandering 4 points in the last 2 games. Would have beaten Norwich if not for the substitutions and then last night's debacle.

Good article. 2 tough away games in a week and we’ve come out with 2 points, with a lot of injuries. The start has been good.

The error yesterday was awful, in the moment we’re all going to be fuming. Bigger picture is we are still in a great position to go up.

Our run of fixtures after Sheff Utd is favourable, we could pull away with those 10 games

Completely agree.

We can't keep throwing away points willy nilly. We'll probably still get promoted but over 46 games, we can't have 10-15 of them being games we should have / could have. Already dropped points v Pompey, Burnley, Norwich arguably and 2 absolutely last night.

Ridiculous. You can't guarantee we would have scored with different or no changes.
We've been the better team most games the last two seasons and we can't score despite loads of possession and chances.
Was more disappointed with the Norwich result because yesterday we scored two good goals and were unlucky.

I've never known a single incident that has raised so many hackles as Mes's howler. I was (and am still slightly) fuming but as the season progresses and we secure our auto promotion place, this will be all but forgotten. (Though I do keep asking the question: why the f@ck didn't he just step forward instead of backwards, gather it and go to ground?)

I hope you're right Best Fans but it rarely works that way - the relatively easy runs of fixtures tend not to deliver significantly more points than the supposedly difficult ones. We'll be fine, though – if Joseph can find his scoring boots and we chain Paddy to the bench.
