On the "Warm Feet" shift granted, but nevertheless ...
Still sounds like West Ham will be getting the stadium although it does give Tottenham a chance to move away from the less appealing WHL
Apparently Levy's bid will be £5 million a year with THFC picking up all costs - he'll be using Boris' £17million to pay for it.
