I don’t know what to say. Half of me thinks we don’t deserve it because of how we set up and started this game. Half of me is over the moon.
Told you Cooper was class 🤣🤣🤣

We never doubted him 😂
Sorry but Cooper should still go, clueless.
We were so poor first half. Credit due he made a tweak at half time rather than wait late into the game. Okay , we don't look great, but two wins on the spin will give us more belief.
I think the problem with Cooper is we keep having to climb mountains in the second half to get results - and we’re doing that against poor sides. He needs to start with his best players. That means Fatawu and Ricardo (because Justin can’t defend)
El Khanouss looks like a very worrying signing and it’s indicative of how poor our recruitment has become since Top and the board got their teeth into this club. He needs to be dropped and eased into games - not starting them
Grateful Southampton have a worse manager than we do, he’s sacked after that surely.
Despite Cooper the players are showing fight, massive win that.
El Khanouss looks like a very worrying signing .......

I feel exactly the same, hopefully he's the type that takes a while to adjust, rather than a complete waste of money.
You've got to laugh really
Cooper is not a good manager, but he does at least appear to be a lucky one. We are outperforming practically every data metric and getting results that we don't deserve. I am doubtful over how long that can last, but let's be real - the bottom 5 or 6 this season is honking this season. To stay up, we don't need to be good, just less worse than 3 other really bad teams.
I would still 100% sack Cooper and go again for Potter, but that ain't happening until we are in the bottom 3, so we might as well get use to it and see where the season takes us. But survival is definitely achievable this season, with or without Cooper.
Oh, and for the love of god, stop messing about and start Fatawu every game. A joke's a joke, not a ruddy pantomime.
It very much reminds me of that first season under Peter Taylor where no one could understand how we were getting results. We had so much luck and eventually it ran out and everything unravelled
I suspect that’s what will happen with Cooper at some point this season but hopefully by then there’s enough points on the board and we can get a new manager bounce to secure survival
A lot will depend on the result against Forest (for both teams that applies)
It’ll be an interesting match up next Friday
I just hope that agent Cooper fulfils his mission next week 🤣👍🏼

I really don’t see it like that - one of those games where form and status really doesn’t matter - it’ll be the team that wants it more and has more discipline that will come out in top - that’s what will determine the result I believe
Bournemouth beating arsenal 2 nil.
We beat Bournemouth, shows how good we really are and what a good manager Cooper is.!!
Amazing how a couple of drinks can change perspective!!
