Well not so bad in the scheme of things. As they say, worse things happen at sea.

For instance; playing the game on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, and the ball goes over the side.

Puts things in perspective.

I've never played footie on a flight deck but I imagine great care of the ball would be needed.

I am but a humble infantryman but I imagine it would not for instance, be allowed during flight operations and so on. As you say, great care required. Or lots of spare balls.

A distraction from pending gloom and doom is all

How was the lustre today?

Lacking it would appear. Expert post-match analysis know doubt forthcoming..........

Well, I expected to win today and was disappointed we didn't. That said I always expect to win...so what do I know.
Anyway I felt Hull moved the ball well without creating THAT much tbh...but it sapped our energy chasing them. Whilst again we didn’t quite seem at the races I accept Warneys explanation that we were tired...simply because we looked tired.
I've seen criticism on other websites of Warney's methods...and that this is the type of play we should expect with him at the helm. I personally dont accept that. I feel he knows what the standards SHOULD be... but we're still the paupers in this division and we have to accept that - whilst hoping that over time, playing style will improve....as will the finances that will enable that.
So for now whilst our style of play disappoints me at times - we are where we are due to circumstances.
On a positive note I was pleased the Dajaune Brown took his chance today and impressed...and hopefully his injury won't prove to be bad
So, we go again next weekend. Another game....and no doubt another battle....when hopefully we'll break our duck away from home. Cheers. Terry in Spain 🇪🇸

Well I was a bit under the weather today and spent the match shivering, wheezing and aching. I’m just happy to get home in one piece really. I was happy with a point. I’m not up to any more detailed analysis than that.

There's a lot of it about, vidal.

Hot water bottle an a large drambuie will help.

Some over here too but probably brought on by certain campaigning.

Kenzo looks as though he is still adjusting to the Championship and the game is passing him by a bit at the moment. From Warne’s comments yesterday it seems Osborn has some sort of long-term issue which means we can’t overload him. Otherwise I’m sure he would have played from the start. Adams pulled up briefly holding the back of his thigh in the second half but completed the game OK so it can’t have been a hamstring, I hope. It would be a disaster if he joined Ozoh on the sidelines.

A lack of precision in passing was evident again with many guilty. I thought Brown looked a real handful even apart from his goal whereas Yates just looked knackered. If Brown can be a viable alternative that can only help us.

Centre halves superb again, as per.

We are accumulating points and looking like we belong at this level. That’s good enough this season.

And I too remain buoyant. Which is important on a slowly sinking island..............🛟

In his post-match interview Ebou laughed off his "injury" saying that it was nothing and suggesting he was just having us all on - just enjoying the game, he said.

Osborne is another matter. Anyone know what the problem is?
