In fairness to Arsenal they’ve had the toughest start to the season. They’ll have faced all the rest of last seasons top 5 in the 1st 9 games with 3 of those games away.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Exactly. I'd like to see how many points our rivals pick up at those grounds.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What about bournemouth away though? You keep forgetting that one whilst telling us all how well youve done against better teams.
Im not really sure what you moaning about on this. Youve banged on a couple of times about "we'll see who finishes higher come the end of the season". Theres literally not a single person on this article has claimed we will finish above you. GB pointed out that your a bit ahead of yourself saying youve improved again this season when in fact youve dropped some silly points.
Youve then spat the dummy out pointing out postive results whilst forgetting the negative ones.

He’s clearly very insecure and needy.
Fluffing Bournemouth away was very frustrating considering how well we did away to Spurs, Villa & City but down to 10 with our 3 most important players missing against a good side, that stuff just happens and I don't think it's too much of a stick to beat us with.
Unfortunately I think we really need to be winning at home to you guys but our first team has been absolutely decimated so it might be another game where we go full Mourinho and everyone is talking about the dark arts afterwards.

The chickens are coming home to roost for Arteta he's had pretty much two years of running the likes of Odegaard and Saka into the ground playing pretty much every minute possible. He's never found an effective way to play without them he's chosen to not try and develop the likes of Smith Rowe and Vieira and it feels like he's gonna pay the price now. Of course any team is going to miss the quality of Odegaard and Saka but Arteta doesn't help himself and he's doing it again with likes of Havertz and Rice.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
the funny thing is ESR and Vieira were supposedly binned to make way for Nwaneri who himself can’t get a sniff of the first team even with all our current injuries

Eh?? You haven't improved this year so far!!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We've beat Villa away. Beat Spurs and got a draw at City. Only 8 games in mate plenty of time for a good run
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So same as last season then.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeh 8 games in. Let's see at the end of the season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually we lost to villa away last season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hows your comparison to bournemouth away from last season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
8 games in. Come back at the end of the season. You were 8 points ahead of us in February last season and ended up 7 points behind. That's a 15 point swing in 4 months.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But you didn't win fack all. We won yet another cup to add to all the trophies we've won since Arsenal last won a trophy. Your last league won was over 20 years ago.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No one cares about the league cup mate and you know it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And just to remind you you've won 1 PL 30 years.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not being funny but arent you guys none in 20?
Hardly showing us there are you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
To be fair in the Premier League era you've got a bit of catching up to do.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't see titles won over 20 years ago as any more or less relevant than those won 30 years ago. A title is a title.
Liverpool have also won a couple of Champions League titles during the Prem era which Arsenal have failed to do in all of history.
Don't worry, I won't be blaming injuries.
I'll be blaming the ref, as he's a Liverpool fan.

You’ve got the same amount of injuries that the lucky teams carried for pretty much the last two seasons ffs.
You have 2 first team players missing, as do we. And one is through a stupid suspension. Saka will start, let’s not pretend otherwise.
Mate no one is disputing Liverpool's European record. Liverpool are immense in Europe and obviously until the last couple of seasons have been way better than Arsenal during the Klopp era. But we have now caught up with you domestically. I expect us to challenge for the title for the next few seasons. Whether we win it or not is a different matter. City have basically stolen 2 titles off us and another 2 from Liverpool

Have you considered you may have peaked already? The best you get the last 2 seasons? Liverpool look like they are coming again and Slot looks more tactical than klopp.
I think both city and Liverpool have better squads right now, and that's when Arsenal are at their best....

We've potentially got 4 starters out, with 3 of them being our most important players and the other one being a position where they'd line up against Salah, so very important in the context of the game.
It's a fair amount to deal with and I don't think decimated is a hyperbolic word if the worst case scenario happens. Hopefully Timber and Saka are available though.
