Ancelotti is the good standard of managers and one I wanted back in the day before the Jose and Poch days. But I don’t think he’d take such a backward step right now.

Timing could be prefect, I reckon he’d jump at the chance, United might be dross ATM but they’re still United.
I can understand any manager who dare not jeopardise their reputation by being the ring leader of our circus, but what’s Carlo got to lose? Everton was soon forgotten and he almost gets a free ride expectation wise

Ancelotti is a very good manager. His trophy cabinet speaks for itself.
My reservations on him are that his league record is actually quite modest all things considered.
