Poch training methods gone...injuries gone
James will be back in the sick bay soon though...we need to utilise him in DM when he plays

Defo, Poch prior to his Chelsea days did have concerns raised that his training regime were responsible for an increase of injury blight at the previous clubs he managed, i think Tottenham was particularly affected.

We had the worst injury record in the league the two years prior to Pochettino as well. Luck (or lack of) has a lot to do with this, United did no intensive pressing last year & they couldn't field their best back 4 all season.
Injuries in high volume are just going to be the norm for everyone now, there's too much demand on players that's only going to keep increasing. We're getting lucky now but it won't last.
