He's really starting to annoy me.
Only does same 2 things
1) Like for like subs after 70 minutes
2) Throw on all the forwards (which has not worked once)
No change of game plan whatsoever

I got slated for these comments a couple days ago:
This is the crux of the matter - we need 15 or 20 chances to score a goal, but our opposition, when they get four or five chances, they put one away. Unfortunately, Meslier is our Achilles heel. Burnley at home is the blueprint for how to beat us. Until we find that ruthlessness, that desire to demolish teams, our opponents will always believe that if they hold out long enough, they will get the chance and score.
And what do we see at the Den? A bunch of prima donnas jogging daintily around the pitch asking the Miwall players if its ok to take a shot. while Farke stands in stony silence in the technical area.
We knew we were on a hiding to nothing at half-time so why doesn't he see what we see?
