Not sure why so many fans aren’t bothered about this game. The sooner we get the required points to qualify top eight the better. We will want to rest players in January when the fixtures mount up

Difficulty of opposition comes into it as well though - our games in Jan are against relegation threatened Hoffenheim and an Elfsborg side who will be also bang in the middle of their seasons break - there is an expectation we will win those games with a weakened side. Galatasaray meanwhile are top of the league and unbeaten all season.

With this being our only game outside of London between the international breaks, plus the fact we won our opening 3, I think this is the one where we take the foot off the gas a little bit.

Win on Sunday and we could be 3rd - which takes all the pressure off of Ange when just 5 weeks ago he was under the kosh
