Vidal will be alright with caring and attentive staff to revive him. But the thought of Scouse creeping back to a dank, rat-infested tenement, no doubt without electricity or heating worries me.............

Call yourselves football fans! Forfend is a Scottish second division side!
I hope Scouse and Vidal can tell us if the conditions were to blame for that dreary affair. Certainly, not the pitch which was incredible given all that rain.
Or was it simply - two poor teams = poor game? Or that for some reason neither side could get anything going? Whatever, the only good thing out of it was an away point. Oh, and that Ebou avoided a yellow.
I'm not aware that a MOM was announced and truth be told how do you nominate anyone from that? If pushed I would give it Ebou because, as usual, he tried his utmost and got in some important challenges. But until we start to take more care of the ball we will not get very far. Some of the passing was dire, even when under no pressure but, fortunately, Preston were not much better.
Still no CBT when you would have thought a good winger would have been ideal on that wet surface and yet when NML came on what did he do? I have no idea.
Still, we are clearly difficult to beat which is no bad thing.
