Pep hasn't been but your club definitely has though. Absolutely nailed on you've been cheating. Those emails can't be explained in any other way when you read them back and that's why you didn't fully cooperate with the PL. Innocent clubs don't behave the way you have. You wouldn't need the most expensive lawyers you can find if there is nothing to hide. The PL can't find what didn't happen after all can they?
