After all this chatter up above, the bottom line is.....
we should have won that Roma game.
Not a matter of Roma being a good team or not. That's totally irrelevant. Look at the match.....
We threw away a half-time lead.
What happened?
Can't blame Forster...he played damned well and made two great saves, baled Porro out, and no mistakes.
Dunno what all the talk about needed another reserve GK was all about!'.
Could say Gray was out of his depth...but so was Dybala.....withdrawn at the half.
We had plenty of opportunities to score a third.....and didn't. Kulu can't shoot worth a damn. And Porro had enough chances.
But we gave away the midfield. And that never works, not even at home, at WHL! So Roma are good enough to score 2 when we give them the chances!
Why I can't fathom. We had Bentancur and Sarr to start and Maddison and Bissouma later on.
Some posters on here are happy with a draw...I am damned well not happy.

Ted, so you are not happy with a draw, and you are not happy with a defeat. So I suppose you think Spurs should win every match they play.
Quadruple incoming.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm certainly not buying your inane stupid justification for drawing a match we should obviously have won!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ted would up. It don't take a lot.
You down at the Fulham match today? See you there, you can buy me a pint.

We can meet at The Dove on the river at Hammersmith.
One of the oldest and most famous pubs in England.
Its a 15 minute walk along the river from Craven Cottage. Oh sorry, the game's at WHL. next time!
And one of my 3 most favorite pubs in England...
The Dove, The Trout outside of Oxford, and the Eagle at Cambridge.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Used to meet up at the Trout (Wolvercot) for a few looserners before works/football nights out back in the heady days of being youngish with little responsibilities.
You can't beat an English riverside pub in the summer. I haven't been in years but got some great memories of the place.
